I was tweaking the original mixture to make it for the taste of my family. I have to mention that it was a great success. They prized the taste, the structure and loved getting a delicacy such as this in the middle of a hectic workweek. They basically demanded even more, more and more. So the next time I am not going to make the same mistake. I’m going to double the quantity .

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C). Grease or line a cooking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine the flour, baking powder, cayenne pepper, sodium, grated parmesan cheese and butter or margarine in a dish and combine until well combined. Add water a bit at a time to produce a very stiff dough.
On the lightly floured surface, roll pieces of the dough into just slightly thicker than pencil shaped sticks. Cut sticks into 4 to 5 inch lengths. Arrange the parts on the baking sheet.
Bake in 400 levels F (205 levels C) for five minutes or until browned.
